Transportation: Now and Then

In Melaka, decades ago before in the era of colonization, trishaw and bullock cart are among the transportation regularly used by the local. Only those who are rich at that time can afford to drive a car. And for information, even though Melaka has been colonized by few colonels, surprisingly there is no railway station built during colonization.

But things change after independence, as Melaka has now develop and offering lots of facilities especially in transportation, to its local and its visitors. Among the factors that encourage the development in transportation are the facts that Melaka has become quite a large metropolis and the local population continues to grow in size. Besides that, with the great transportation links offered, visitors can now getting to town and around the tourist sites without facing difficulties.
